Brian Mortensen is a co-founder and has served as our President and Treasurer since 1998. Mr. Mortensen is responsible for underwriting the loans we fund, monitoring collections, reporting requirements, and other day-to-day matters. John Atnip joined us in 1995 as a loan collection specialist, and became our Vice-President and Secretary in 1998. Mr. Atnip has a wealth of experience in all aspects of private lending and property management. He received his Bachelors degree in finance from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and is a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator. NMLS#170132.
Lancee Rodgers joined us in 2008 to manage the office and handle the accounting in order to give Brian & John more time to manage the challenges created by the crash of the real estate bubble. While that need is behind us, Lancee proved to be such a valuable asset that she now keeps our accounting up to date from her home office in South Carolina.
